Your question is not clear.
"type tag dimension" <<< What is that? I don't believe there is such a thing. You can have tags and dimensions.
What was your image supposed to show us?

In this picture No2 I want to create tag have dimension use for much rebars and in this picture No1 is tag for much rebars difference
