Hi all,

I am getting the error message (attached) that the model is "Missing Third Party Extension". I am unsure how this happened, and what needs to happen to fix it?

Thanks.

You need to tell us more about what the extension is and what you are doing.  The images look like AutoCAD not Revit

I am not sure what the extension is as I have not seen this happen before. It pops up every time I open the model, and does not reappear until the next time I open the model. It is REVIT Building Design Suite 2013, and I have structural engineers working in the model as well who have not seen this extension before.

Check out this post. It suggests that somebody who is working on your model with you has a 3rd party application that they used and since you don't have the app or extension you are getting the error.

If you are architectural or MEP and your structural people are working in the same model, then be aware that this can cause you performance problems as well as other issues.  Revit was built to keep these disciplines seperate.
