Has anyone ever encountered and/or solved this issue:

First Image is of a 3D View from the Model with Ambient lighting on and Artifical lights on. It is not a rendered view.

Second image is the result of printing said view.

It seems as though this is systemic because once lighting is turned on Revit / Adobe is unable to translate the display to the rastered image.

Thoughts?

Try cute pdf and see what happens.  It's free.

I would think it is your adobe driver and we don't know if its your lack of Revit updates or not because you don't tell us what you have installed.

I have the latest and greatest of updates for Revit 2013 and Adobe X. I suspect it's an Adobe issue. I will give the cute pdf a try and report findings here. Thanks ''Hub

I was able to try this process again using Blubeam PDF and it was better, but still had patchy spots. I think in this case exporting the image and creating the PDF after is the most efficient without any loss of info.
