Afternoon. I am trying to export my model to IFC so the information can be used in an external Facilities Management software. I am really struggling. All my family parameters are missing after I have exported the model. I am using a plantroom water tank as an example to the developers, this had been populated with 36 shared parameters fully completed with the kits information. Where am I going wrong? I now have the client breathing down my neck and I have no experience with the IFC extension. Many thanks.

We see a lot of problems posted here about IFC's but we don't see any real solutions posted.
