I have a concrete beam and a concrete wall that are both placed on top of a brick wall (see attached pictures). The concrete beam should go through the concrete wall and finish on the outside face of the concrete wall. The problem is that, since there is a gap between the outside face of both walls, the beam is automatically linking with the brick wall (because it is place on it) and extending the end of the element to the outside face of the brick wall, instead of the concrete wall, which is what I wanted. For the record, I placed the end of the beam on the center line of the concrete wall and I've played around with the end of the beam without success. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Turn on and then 'tab' to select the analytical model. Then on the ribbon try using the 'Analytical Adjust' or 'Disable Analytical' to see if that helps.

The analytical model is correctly defined. The analytical beam goes only until the intersection with the wall.
