Hello guys,
My main problem is finding nice 3d models for Revit.Ofc there are plenty ofthem out there, but for sketchup ,3ds max and so on.I've been trying to import some models but they render white.I ve tried several ways to add colors but with no result.
So my question is:
Is there a way we can import 3d models into revit preserving the colors?
Thank you.

Yah but as I said in my first topic,i know about them and i ve imported them into revit, its just that they render white.I ve done quite a few tutorials of how to fix the white rendering but they worked on 10% of my models. So that is why I came here and ask you for a different way.
Maybe you guys know a good tutorial of how to put materials in the model efficient.

The answer is still in your HELP.
First - you asked about color - not material - and under sketchup imports, it telss you:
Specify the desired import settings. To import SKP files
- In the Import CAD Formats dialog, navigate to the folder that contains the SKP file.
The following settings are recommended:
Now you are asking about materials. FIRST RULE _ THE PROJECT RULES! Whenever a material is set in the project - it can oly be changed there
Second - skectup is imported as a CAD file. When you read your HELP, you will find that you can assign materials by category - so you look at your manage tab dropdown - object styles and look at this tab:
Keep reading your help......
