My company has a limited inventory of colors that we use in presentation drawings. I'm wondering if it is possible to set up our template file so that only those colors are available when the program automatically generates the schemes?

Color schemes for materials .... of course, just edit your template file.

Hi - I am referring to the floor plan color scheme that appears to be generated by Revit from randomly selected colors. I'd like to limit the color selection so that when it generates the scheme it is automatically doing so from our company standard.

Setup a key schedule and see if that will then allow you to set these in your template.
