Hey guys,
I know this is a ridiculously simple thing but I am not able to figure it out right now.
The window should appear white on the plan view
The thing is that I created some extra levels. On some levels the window appears white while on these levels, that I created, they appear grey
Can somebody help me with this?

Not enough information to really help you. Are you using phases? What is the window elevation from floor level? What are your levels and their view ranges?

This is user error most likely. Check your view cut plane settings.
