Hi
Is it possible to control the dimensions separately for stringers on the side and stringer on the middle landing?
My setting in Revit is:
Stringer carriage height=50mm
Landing carriage height=250mm
Stringer height =300mm
Tread thickness=30mm
So DIM 1 becomes 20mm, DIM 2 becomes 75mm and DIM 3 becomes 50mm
(Please see the attached picture)
What I want to do is to keep DIM 1=20mm, but change DIM 2 to 25mm and DIM 3 to 100mm.
I have tried to change the stringer carriage heigh and Landing carriage height.
However I have never got the result I wanted.
DIM 1 always changes together with DIM 2 and DIM 3.
Is it possible to keep DIM 1 but change DIM 2 and DIM 3?
Thank you very much

Just change the landing carriage height.
The one on left is 5 1/2" - the one on the right is 10".

Hi
Thank you again.
I don't know why I couldnt make it like you did (keep DIM2 and 3, but change DIM 1)
Please see the attached pictures.
The first one:
Stringer carriage height=50
Landing carriage height=250
the second one:
Stringer carriage height=150
Landing carriage height=150
My DIM 1/2/3 always change at the same time......

We continuously ask for members to include in their posts what Revit they are using and also what their latest update was. You did not include this information and I suspect you will find the problem is there. You really waste our time when you do that.

Sorry about that.
I use Revit architecture 2013 like I said in the other post I sent at the same time.
But I guess you got too many posts then, and I should probably have said it again.
On the other hand, "autodesk_revit_architecture_2013-x64_update3" was the latest update.
Hope I have offered enough information and you would like to answer again.
Thank you
