I am detailing up parts of my model by using callouts from my 1:100 Section. The details need to be 1:5, so the problem is when I adjust the clip plane in the 1:5 callout detail this then reduces the callout bubble on my section to a tiny bubble.
Is there a way the callout clip in the 1:100 section can stay larger so it reads better?

The callout region in the 1:100 is the callout for the 1:5 so obviously if you change one the other will change also, this is what Revit does. When we go from building sections to wall sections to details so that we aren't jumping from a 1/16" section to a 1 1/2" section.

???? I don't understand what you are doing. The callout is in your 1:100 view and the bubble size is what it is. The actual view is 1:5 and it does not have the bubble. These are two different views.

WWhub I believe he is using the wrong terms. He is referring to the actual region of the callout not the head itself.

TEAFOE ... I understood but it sounded like he was saying the bubble changed size. I re-read it and I now see what the problem is. He needs a 'fake' callout that is larger than his actual view. In another post I recommended:
- make a normal callout and hide it - this is your sheeted view and adjust the crop region as you need
- draw your new call lines as you want...just linework
- add a new detail callout referencing your first call out (note - this may create a SIM if you have it setup that way.)
- instead of bubbling the area, just make a very-very small bubble along your fake call-out line.
NOTE : Remember - this is a fake callout so pay attention when things change.
