I'm using the Student version 2013 and can't seem to load the shower stall. Why? I can do it at school not on my laptop.

Oops! Figured it out. I had to do it 10 times before it worked. Thanks anyway, guys!

It is always nice to share your solution for others who may be having the same problem.

Okay, I went to Insert, Load Family. Nothing happened.
After my 10th time, I realized I had to go to Architecture, Component, Load Family. It worked, my shower stall loaded.
By the way, I'm using Architecture 2013.
