Looks like you need to move the stair to the left ?

We have lined up with the architectural plan, which is where the engineer wants it. We just need to connect it. I just don't know how to do that in Revit? Extrusion, model in place, etc. I need some major help with this kind of thing.

Create an In-Place Extrusion to attach the top and use an In-Place Void Extrusion to take away the bottom portion.
The Start and End of both extrusions is the two sides of the stairs.

Can you point me in a direction with a little more info? I tried an extrusion, but like I said, that is my weakpoint with Revit. I need some guidance with modeling in place. If you know of a good website, tutorial, that would be great!

Read the Revit families guide. It will give you information on how to create families and since a model in place element is essentialy a family it will apply to your in-place extrusions and voids.
