Revit 14: How do I rotate color fill legends on my plans (Sheets are set up for north to the right)?

North has nothing to do with this.
As far as I know, you can not rotate a legend but you can rotate the view and you can rotate the sheet. Somehow with a combination of those, you should be ablte to get what you need.
