Please need help on keynotes, have 3 questions,
1. is there a way to create or place the keynote legend in the sheet?, in this case I want to place the bubble with the corresponding number sequentially, 1,2,3 and so on
2. is there a way to create an editable description keynote without to have to open the keynote txt file?
3. want to create keynotes numbering for Demo Plans, Proposed Plans, etc, for example i have the keynote tag 1,2,3... in the Demo Sheet and i want to have the same system numbering in another sheet with different information.
Appreciate for any suggestions
Attached the template keynote txt file

Hey,
I searched for something very similar a few months ago,, the answer is Yes and No. You cannot actually use the Keynote symbol in the schedules. Things would've been a lot easier if it would. But since schedules are made of info from the model and not a graphic or text editor. However you can use noteblocks to make things appear neat and clean like in schedules. Check this link.. the person explained how to make them.

Hope I didn't give you the wrong info and I am awaiting response from other users

I believe material key notes are the only keynote that can be edited in the project.
You could use a family description field as a tagable item (if shared parameter) but it would have to be scheduled and you would have to have a seperate schedule for every sheet.
Keynotes have to have a unique identifier so no two keynotes numbered the same. We use D1, D2 etc for demo. Then that keynote schedule is filtered for only D? keyntes.
Learn to use the keynote process - it is very easy. You can have the keynote file open at the same time to edit it - you just have to reload if you actually need to see the changes made.
