Hi,
Sorry if this is a repost but I've created a material take-off for floors. And unless I itemize every instance I get no value under area and volume. When I go to the format tab "calculate" totals is greyed out. I've attached a screenshot. All I want to get is area and volume listed with having it show an area for each floor.

I think you should try grand totals under Sorting/Formatting. You can use filters to omit the rest of the floors and show the one you need. You should add Floor parameter to schedule. Hope this helps.
