Hello,

I am using 2013, and I was wondering if there is a way to make one callout tag to read multiple views in the project. I'll explain best with what I am trying to do ... I have a project where I have one room called out on the main plan, and a separate sheet in the project that shows that callout as an RCP, blank plan, and plan with furniture. I have already set up all of these views by making 3 different callouts and carefully overlapping the callout dashed line on the main plan. But the issue is that I want to just tag one of them and have the tag read (1,2,3/A-100) versus 3 tags that have (1-A/100)(2-A/100)(3-A/100). I wanted to know if there is a way to just put one tag on but override the text on it, or just what the best method would be to accomplish what I want.

Thanks in advance.

There is no way to do this and make it be automatic - which really defeats what Revit is all about.  Why not just use the single callout ...(1/A100) then on the sheet, move that title so it centers under all three plans and add text above that "Architectural Plan" / "Reflected Ceiling Plan".... whatever?

They other two plans have to be set to no title or a title that has no bubble.
