wondering if the family experts may be able to help me?
i have created a simple bifold window, 4 sashes, which is flexing well. i am now trying to illustrate in plan the symbolic lines for those sashes, and make them flex also. i thought reference lines would be the go, and that is fine for fixing the long side of the rectangle, but i am having trouble fixing the short side to any reference line. i added an arc reference line, which flexes well, but the symbolic lines will not 'stick' to it. i would like to get this working, so i can repeat the symbolic lines, and also make the family fully flexible. am attaching a screen shot to help explain my dilemma.

well i seem to have worked out my own answer! thought i'd let other newbies know.
the trick was to use one reference line, just to fix the swing of the symbolic lines, and 'align' and 'lock' them together. to get the length i needed, i created a dimension parameter, with a formula dividing the window width by 4. might be cumbersome, but it seems to flex ok.
any advice still greatly appreciated though!
