Why in shaded preview all windows seen behind the walls ?

Are they really on the outside of the wall?  What does it look like in plan?  What version of revit are you using?  Do you have all of the updates installed?

Firstly you need fully supported graphic cards to have hardware acceleration on. Secondly you need the latest Service Pack form revit (if you are using Revit 2013) and a version of your graphic card drivers that are supported by revit. Turning off the hardware acceleration disables some functionality and obviously speed that the GPU provides.
