I have a couple of stacked walls that I cannot change to different wall types or even delete......I continue to get an error message that says "Cannot extend layer(s) of the highlighted vertically compound wall"...I can't do anything to them except detach them from the roof or break them into parts.......neither of which solve my problem. At one point I grabbed the outer two layers of the wall at the base and extended them down to the foundation but I have since re-aligned them with the rest of the wall layers. Not being able to alter them is stopping me dead in my tracks.
thanks

Never mind...I found a fix....somehow the two stacked walls and the two interior walls were creating a funky joined condition with the floor and once I deleted the interior walls, the exterior wall could be deleted.
