Hi There
I am stock with a problem I have never experienced before, where my walkthrough views (and ONLY my walkthrough views), get messed up, the minute I turn on shadows.
What happens is that everything look like it is supposed to do, but when I turn on shadows to do the rendering, the model starts to show with transparent elements and lines that are shown through the massive walls and roofs! I plan on doing the animation in hiddenline or shaded render, so this really matters a BIG deal! I have tried everything: (Changed every setting regarding light and shadows I could possibly think of, tried turning hardware acc off and soforth)... and must admit that I have pretty much given up by now! :-/
I have attached a screendump of before and after I turn on shadows...
Anyone with an idea of what is going on!?? Or suggestions of what to do!?? Would be greatly appreciated!!
Info:I work in Windows XP, Revit 2013, with latest patches and latest updates to graphic card drivers.

Last Revit update number?
System specifications?
What are your Graphic mode settings under the Revit R pulldown?

Hi WWHub
Again... I really appreciate any help I can get! I am getting pretty desperate regarding my deadline, that is approaching quickly, and I have now actually turned to finding other ways of doing a walkthrough from my Revit model, since things are behaving as they are with regards to this problem here... But I haven't yet found a functional other way/plugin/software, where I can portrait my model in a flyover/walkthough, as a hiddenline or cardbox model, so I realy hope someone has a way of solving this issue, so I can do my simple flyover in Revit as allways!!
Answers:
Last Revit Update Number:Update Release 3
System specifications:See attached screendump! (Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 6770M)
Graphic mode settings:See attached screendump!
If there's anything more info I can give you, that might shed som light on things here, please let me know!!!
And thanks again!!!!

do you have any cad plans linked into your model? often times the proxy objects within a dwg file will cause such an affect. if so, just try unloading the dwg files and attempt the walkthrough.

Very good suggestion! I know for a fact that linked files in general can cause visual disturbance in the viweport, and I hadn't actually chechked to see if there was any left in the project!
Unfortunately, I haven't got any linked files at all left in this model! :-/
