Hello All,

I am trying to create a pipe network in REVIT 2014. At each starting and ending points of pipe, I need to follow a particular Northing/Easting values. (see attached image).

The spot coordinate dimension shows these values as a dimension ... but my problem is to be able to model the pipes according to their correct position on the project.

Any clues, how I can do that? Later, our Quality checker will need to check this model according to each N/E and thus, I am also looking for a way to schedule this value in a schedule..I am not sure if that is possible, is it?

Thank you in advance..

Bansri

Our problem is we have no p"oints" in Revit that I know of.  I have never had to do what you are doing but here is a possible workaround.  Place a couple of property lines in your project and spot coordinate one end.  Now you can move that line while watching the spot coordinate and place it at one end of your pipe.  Place the other property line in a similar fashion.  Then place your pipe from end to end and adjust the endpoint elevation.
