I am linking in multiple houses into a seperate topo rvt file and found that the wall joins unclean themselves when being linked. I rechecked the original file and the wall joins are perfect. I'm using Revit 2013.

Can you attach a floor plan image of the project before linked in and after. What are you using for your wall join conditions? Do you have all of the service packs installed for 2013?

When you post an image like the last one, you should point out what you are talking about. The image as posted doesn't tell us anything!
