I recently started working a new firm a few months back, and the past two firms I had worked at we used Bluebeam to create our pdf's as well as create Mark-ups from Revit and CAD. My new firm uses Adobe Acrobat Standard and are pretty dead set on using it. I tried bringing up that bluebeam is slightly cheaper and has more functions that would be benefical to our MEP firm. My question is what PDF software is your firm using and why? And what is the consensus on which is the best PDF software to use for any AEC firm?

Since most of our users create PDF's more than they modify them, we use cute for printing out of Revit.  We have shared PC's with Adobe professional that we can log into over our network for when we need to modify or markup PDF's.

Bluebeam. It alows PDF batch printing of sheets/views, and has auto-selection of page size (when one has different page sizes to print).
