Hi to all,
so im havin a main model which include around 60 linked units the same type stacked on the top of each other. They are havin the same host. The internal layout is the same, the only thing they vary is the facade / wall treatment. So I set up for the main host loads of design options (position of the window, render color, position of the wooden slats and etc). Im havin around 5 sections which I used to identify the correct design options because I wanted to play a bit with the architecture and find the proper composition. Each section has different V G settings for the units and I would like to apply all 5 V G settings to one 3 D view, because later I would be asked to export it to lumion. The problem comes when I tried to combine more visibility and graphics settings for these links in one view. Is there any view how to do it????
Manyyy thanks
Luba

Each copy of the link would have to be in a different option set - not option....

Im really sorry. I think I havent understood you. I hav already managed to set up all the design options to my links in these 4 sections.
For instance in the section 1 I applied correct design options for unit 1 and 2. In the section 2 for units 3 and 4 and so on.
Then Im havin 3D and I would like to copy all the visibility settings from these sections to that view. I just dont how to combine more than one template.

BTW is there any way how to apply visibility settings of one amended link to all the views without using templates?

Your right - I don't understand. You right:
- "....60 linked units the same type...."
- '....the only thing they vary is the facade / wall treatment..."
- "....Each section has different V G settings for the units..."
- "....I would like to apply all 5 V G settings to one 3 D view...."
How do you expect to apply different VG settings to the same unit type in one view? They are the same TYPE!
Views can only show one design option per option set at one time.
