HELLO IS THERE ANYWAY TO MAKE THE GRID LINES DISAPPEAR SOMEWHERE AND COME VISIBLE AGAIN FROM THE OTHER SIDE .. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PIC THAT WAS DONE IN ACAD ...

No your grid line will have to run the length/width of the building if you want a Head on both sides.
