So I stumbled across something rather strange today. I have a detail component family that has a few nested detail components in it. I have also nested shared labels directly into the parent detail component. The strange thing is that when I load this parent detail component into my project, the label's font size do not stay consistent. They remain the "same size" with respect to the detail component but does not retain it's "true" font size. Anyone else seen this? Is there a way to ensure that the font size remains the same? That's one of the basest advantages of Revit but I seem to have found a workaround. Any insight would be appreciated.

Here is the stripped down family. The annotations in question are still in there along with a filled region for reference.

I believe you may have found a bug and you should send this to AutoDESK.

Generic annotations hosted in model families scale with the view correctly in 12. (Same size regardless of view scale)

Very much agreed. I'll fire it off to them.
