Yeah, yeah, yeah...

29 years later I finally get Revit shoved down my throat like I'm a pron-queen!  Color me skeptical still, but - I have to admit, I am pretty impressed.

So, my wishlist is multi-pronged after a day of struggling, cursing, searching, etc.

Is there a "definitive", must-see vid or tutorial that can be recommended...?

Ideally, I would love a Trox Jet Nozzle, type DUK-V 400, as seen here (and Jpg) ---> http://www.troxusa.com/usa/products/air_diffusers/jet_nozzles/index.html 

I have included a photo of the actual application, so IF anyone can help out the new old guy - "you rock", well in advance!

PS - FWIW, my actual wishlist involves Mila Kunis, mixed liberally and spread on an english muffin, but...

Since the manufacturer does not provide a family, I would probably alter one like this with the correct geometry:
