Hello!!!  My office recently upgraded to 2014 and our consultants are still on version 13... what kind of file do I need to send them so they can open it in R13?  Thank you in advance!

My co-workers are on the same version, but our consultants (a different office/business) are one version behind.  We have to give them updates periodically, and I am wanting to find a file type that is accessible to both.

Revit demands that you think ahead.  You should have coordinated what version you would be working on ahead of time.  There is no effective way of doing it now short of your consultants upgrading or you creating a 2013 file.  If you started in 2013 - go back to your old file.
