I have a project going with and had a person new to revit create the interior elevations in the model. But before I could catch/correct the problem we had 4 interior elevation callouts, each with their own sheet callout bubble. Is there anyway to convert individual elevations to tie into one elevation sheet callout bubble? The elevations have already been cleaned up and noted, so remaking each elevation would be very time consuming. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
You can see the attached image to see the added clutter the multiple bubbles add to the plans.
Thanks

I would just try to align and lock them together.

No way to combine but since they all refer to the same sheet, you can place them on top of each other.
Making new views is easy. Just
- use one of the bubbles to create the new view,
- open each old view, one at a time, window, use your filter to isolate the items to annotations, linework, dimensions, text, tags - etc - all 2D items
- - copy to clipboard and
- move to the new view and paste aligned same place
- - done.
Now delete the old view then place the new view on your sheets.

You can create an elevation tag that references one of the existing elevation views and place it where you want it. Be sure to check the reference other view box and select the view you want to reference before placing it. Once it's placed, select the tag and a check box for the other 3 directions should appear. Click one box and it will ask you which view you want that particular direction to reference. Do the same for the remaining two boxes and you should have one tag pointing 4 directions with the approriate elevation callouts. Then all you need to do is hide your original elevation tags. Hope this makes sense. You'll have to edit type the referring tag to remove the 'Sim' text as well.
