I'm wondering if it's possible to constrain a model-in-place wall to a level? Bit of context, documenting a 3-storey apartment and the construction system is pre-cast modular boxes basically, and modelled a box as a wall (to allow doors/windows to work). These boxes stack on top of each other, however still working out the exact levels. I've set the levels up but wondering if it's possible so when I move a level (or a reference plane even) up or down the wall moves with it? Currently it just stays where it is, but I can manually move it, just trying to see if it can be automated.

Why didn't you use Revit walls?  << Much better solution.  Maybe it's not too late to change.... remember, you can group them to form your box.

In-place models are contolled by the sketeches and workplanes that define them.  In-place models are meant for "one-of-a-kind" use, not really to be copied around.
