What is the best way to show Trench Fill foundations

ie On one side of the building the Trench fill slopes from 1.8m below ground to 1.0m below ground, the others are all different slopes

Thanks

Do it as a foundation family.  After all, it is just a different material.

Sorry new to Revit , not sure what you mean.

Do I have to create a new foundation family or edit type of one of the existing ones. I f the latter how do I create a slope on the underside I thought I could only amend the width or a depth such as 200 to 500

I had assumed the slopes you were talking about were vertical.  But since they are the bottom, just do it as a wall and sketch the elevation to slope the bottom.  No time like now to learn about wall sketches.

Really the other question is why are you modeling this?  Obviously, you will never see this item and in sections, you can use a detail element.   If you need it for BIM, then that is a different issue .... but I doubt that you really need a model element here.

Thanks I will try that.

Yes for BIM tbh I am still learning how to use REVIT. I am providing the structural elements of a model for the Architect to link to his model.
