Hello there!

I've been doing quite a bit of wall modelling and generally its going alright. However when I adjust the profile of some walls I get the following alert:

‘The best way to control top and base of the Wall is to modify the Constraints and Offset Parameters in Properties dialog.’

Could anyone offer any guidance to this? I use the attach top and base a lot. It appears there is a better way of doing walls but I can’t figure it from this message.

Cheers

Kinda sounds like you are combining wall attach top / bottom with the 'edit profile' tool. Not recommended. I'd use one or the other.

That's easy.  If you take the bottom or top line of a wall and manipulate it, you will get this message.  Instead, use the offset on the wall properties.  The sketched adjument does not show in properties.  Wall sketches should be used for other adjustments, not simple top and bottom.
