Hi reviteers, I have a split level situation, with the ground floor 750mm lower than the first floor. I am having a problem with the windows on the ground floor not displaying. (some of the windows are around 1500mm above floor level on both floors). I have tried to adjust the view range and view depth by selecting the floor below, as well as adjusting the offset figures, but none of this seems to help. Any suggestions why the problem is occuring, and how to get my windows to display again?

For split level plans you should use a plan region so you can have separate cut planes for the two levels. This way you can cut all your windows.

I have a similar problem.  I have high windows so I have set a plan region around the windows and set the cut plan to cut the window.  The edged of the window and the glass are showing but the mullions and frame are not showing.  I have tried setting the visibility properties in the family but to no avail.  Some of the windows show in one wall but the same window in another wall does not show correctly.  I have tried rebuilding the family.  I have tried deleting and reinserting the element.

Any help?
