Hi, I've searched other forums with no success.
I have 2 pads - one under the basement floor and one partly under the first floor. (Please see image)
When I am at the basement floorplan the hatch under the upper pad disapear.
In the V/G everything is turned on and I have not hidden anything.
My Cut plane is at 1.8m, the Top is at 2.30m, the Bottom 0.00.
What could be the problem?

try to change top offset of view range lower at the view.
families show up at a plan view if they-pads in this case- are inside of view range.
