Does any one knows how to remove thes doors?
When I delete them, revit keep replacing them,

Are you sure you are deleting the corect door? Revit doesn't just add doors. Are you working on a workshared project?

They may be doors within other doors or other families. If a door family is created and it has a nested family within it that is also a door family and that nested family is set to shared, then the nested family will show up in your schedule.
Add another parameter in your schedule - family name - and see what you have.

Pick one in the schedule and and pick "show". That should show you what family it is nested in.

The bugging door is a nested door panel called out as a door,

The solution for this issue it was to remove the nested door panel from door family,
