Have you looked at your export setup file to see what layers these are placed on in CAD and then if these layers are on?

first thing i did all layers are on
i just figured it out. visual style has to be set to wireframe inorder to see all the items.
i also have this problem when printing. never looks like it does on the screen. either each view has to set to wireframe or i have to print using raster processing to get anything under a floor slab or roof to show up. real pain in the u know. Since my line types are effected with wireframe i just use raster processing. too bad you cant pick raster processing when converting drawings to cad.

I'm confused by your posts. What does raster processing have to do with export to CAD?
Obviously, in hidden line mode, hidden elements will NOT BE exported! Instead of wireframe, I suggest that in VG, you set your floor to transparent.

I always set my floors in vg mode to transparent.
Yes printing and converting are to different things but i have the same issue. what is on the screen does not always look like what is on the paper or dwg file.
I had this issue first when printing. I questioned it on a revit forum and they said it was a bug and to print using raster processing.
i dont typical have to convert to dwgs so this is my first time running into the same issue of items disappearing.
If it was just a transparent issue with the floor wouldnt it effect everything not just some pile caps or some beams.

I did not catch the "some" in the original post.
Have you installed both updates, 1 & 2? << This may be your issue.
