I drew a floor plan (first floor and a bonus room). When I go to my sheet I place my 1st. floor plan, but for the bonus room I want to show just the bonus room and not the whole house, is there any way of resize the view window (or viewport) like we do in Autocad? thanks.

Use the "Crop Region" tool. You probably want to duplicate your view first so you don't alter the original view.
