I just wonder how could I draw a ceiling under the over hanged floor, do I need to make anoher floor to set the materials? or do I need to add a massing and apply new materials to the bottoms of the floor?
the photo picture shows the real building, the detail shows where I am working at.

I would just sketch the ceiling.... Obviously you didn't realize you can do that.
You could also sketch a soffit.
