i want to copy those system panels to another project. how can i copy it without copy the elements? (which gonna copy the levels with them if i'll do it that way..)

use Transfer Project Standards in Manage tab.

Thank you.

i tried it - and it copied the materials, but this command doesn't copy SYSTEM PANELS?

any other way to copy system panels between projects?

Did u do at the new project? U hav to do it in the new project like importing.

Yes.

I went to the NEW project and clicked on Mange tab >> transfer project standarts

you have to make a curtain wall type that using the panels you made, before transfer.

it doesn't work for only panels.

How can i import from the project all what needed togther to use those curtain walls in my project?

yes. that's right. but i'm afraid to do it beacuse it copyies levels which i don't need in my project and im afarain it'll change constrains etc..

1.  make curtain wall types using the panels you made

2. open the project you want new panels move to

3. transfer curtain wall types from you already made

4. then you can see all curtain wall types and system panels at project browser in your new project...

it's not very difficult.... am i missunderstanding something?

Im not sure if i understand you right.

the problem as i guess, is that revit doesn't transfer the materials with the panels - so they're not colorful in the new project.

There is a problem more before.

i can't even make new colored panels in the ORIGINAL project.

now i'm confused

can you upload the project file with the panels?

then i'll show you what the worng is and how to figure it out.. in video just like you did for me..Smile
