For a presentation plan, still can't draw property lines on on toposurfaces still in r2013(?) A workaround: draw topo subregions. Cant cut one region with another, but they can be concentric, so i created a very narrow slot at the driveway.

I don't understand. You can draw a property line on a toposurface just fine, just create your surface then under Massing & Site>Modify Site> click the Property Line tool and draw it where you want.
Unless you are talking about it showing in a 3D view?

Yes, showing it in 3d. To my knowledge, there is no way to show it in 3d.

We split the surface and give a different color material on property outside the property line.
