Revit 9 is coming out shortly; a reliable source from Autodesk tells me that detailing will be much better/easier with the new release. I'm afraid that's all I know, but I'm looking forward to it.

John,
Just for future reference any information given to you by a reseller is always under the strictest confidence. No details of features of a new release can be disclosed until Autodesk does so. I'm just warning your as i've been in trouble for doing such a thing before and both you and your reseller may be contacted by autodesk (probably not for what you've said so far but don't say anymore). Always best to keep things vague...
Cheers.
