I wanted to make the cabinets we use in Revit show up the way my boss likes them in the elevations . . . the attached image shows that I got the lower cabinets to work, and I SWEAR I did the upper cabinets the same way but they lines are not showing up right!  I even deleted the symbolic lines and put them in again . . . still not right.

Any suggestions?  also attached upper cabinet file.

Go into your project and under Manage>Additional Settings go to line styles and make sure the line pattern is correct for the line style.

It works fine in a new project for me.

Thanks! I will check that out.

I am struggling with things at my currect job because when I ask how I would do a task like that I am told to do things like hide the cabinet and draw it in on the elevation with detail lines, which seems pointless to me if we are using Revit.  The other "solution" I have been given is to change the lines with the linework tool . . . again, seems like double work that should not be needed if we are using Revit.  When I say "Isn't there a way to make the family so it shows up right to start with?" I am told that "we don't have time for that" or "we don't have the staff to just sit around and make a library of families".
