An architect informed me that our structural model is not appearing in his architectural model. He sent me his model and I can confirm that his architectural model didn't get moved from the original origin. It loads and appears perfectly in my model. The setting I believe is on his end. In appreciation for choosing us as the structural enginners for his project I would like to help him in resolving the issue. I opened his architectiral model and confirmed that my structural model was linked in the manage links window. Next, I went to the visibility graphics window to insure that the box was checked to make the linked revit model to appear. Next, I went through all the tabs to insure that the display settings were set to custom and all the structural elements were checked. Is there a discipline or graphics setting I'm missing??

Did you go to a 3D view and make sure it is really there where it should be?  It may be way off in space.

If the architect has worksets, make sure all worksets are on just in case.

WWHub,

The architect put our structural model on a workset called "Old Cad Import" so I didn't think about making visible when I was trying different settings. Thanks for your help.
