Is your elevation view depth set deep enough to view the entire building?

Check the view depth markers by going to plan and clicking the elevation plan tag.

The elevation view was the first thing I checked. Still scratching my head, any more ideas guys? I am a newbie so may have forgotten the basics if there are any in this situation.
