Hello,
I have created a family template while i was working on my first project. I have started my second project and when i bring a drawing into the sheet space teh drawing is way bigger then the titleblock. Both enviroments have the same scale. not sure where to go from here.

I don't know what you mean by: "...Both enviroments have the same scale...". Sheets are full scale so your sheet family is full sized for what your output requirements. The view scale is set to your needs and what will fit on your planned sheet size. If it doesn't fit, change the view scale or change your sheet size.
