Revit will not automatically show edges that are hidden. From your HELP: << Learn to use it.
Showing Hidden Element Lines
Model and detail elements that are obscured by other elements can be displayed using the Show Hidden Lines tool. You can use the Show Hidden Lines tool on all elements that have the Hidden Lines subcategory. The Remove Hidden Lines tool is the inverse of the Show Hidden Lines tool.
- Click View tabGraphics panelShow Hidden drop-down (Show Hidden Lines).
- Place the cursor on an element that is hiding another element, and click to select it.
For example, select a filled region that is overlapping a wall.
- Place the cursor on the element with lines to be shown, and click to select it.
The lines of this element display in a hidden line style through the overlapping element. To change the hidden line style of the element, use the Object Styles tool.
- To reverse the effects of this tool, click View tabGraphics panelShow Hidden drop-down (Remove Hidden Lines).
- Select the element that will hide the other element.
- Select the other element to be hidden.

Thanks alot for you respond, I couldn't do that in the plan view, Lets say that i have a slab in level 2 (8 meter above level 1) and i want it to appear as hidden line in level 1 ( level 0), note that my view range ( top=2.3 cut plane=1.2 bottom=0 ), even the escalator that rise from level 1 to level 2 ( 8 meter ) in the level 1 only a part of it appear as a solid line (as in image) because cut plane =1.2 meters, but the rest of the escalator don't appear as hidden line, it just dont show. srry for bad english.

You are asking the wrong question. This line is not hidden, it is OVERHEAD. Again, from your HELP:
Changing Line Styles for a View Underlay
When you use a level as an underlay in the current view and use the Linework tool on the edges of elements from that level, the elements become part of the current view, and you can modify them. See View Properties.
For example, in a Level 1 floor plan view, you can specify Level 2 as an underlay. If Level 2 has a roof, you can select the roof in the plan view and then modify it. You can even underlay the same level as the view to select a ceiling or beams or other elements that are not shown in the view. You can use the Overhead line style for tracing underlays or define your own line style. (See Line Styles and Halftone/Underlay.)
