Is there anyway to clip off the corner of a facia that goes through a roof? I have attached a pdf with problem. I know the soffit will cover it up in this case but asking for personal education purposes

Not the answer you are looking for, but you can select the piece of facia and drag the end grip back to where it does not protrude the soffit.

A bit of a pain but you can create a void to cut the facia out.

I have been beating this by readjusting my dormer cuts and sometimes making dormer cuts for no other reason even after I have joined the roofs
