Hi,
I'm struggling on the matter to separate different materials in to their own layer when exporting to dwg.
Walls/Floor (more) - concret, wood, steel.. etc
but so far I cant find the solution. Somebody know if its possible and then how? If not possible, do you have any trick/tips on how I could go around it?

The only thing you can do is assign the REVIT wall structure layers function to an autocad layer. Not quite 'material' related but pretty close.
Click the big purple R > Export > Then schroll to the very bottom 'Options' > Export Setups DWG / DGN > Then open up Walls under Model Categories and map the REVIT Layer function to an AutoCAD layer name. See images.
