Hi,
I have a number of views on one sheet for a bracing plan. 2 are Legends which are repetitively used for multiple jobs and are drawn at 1:50. The others are job specific, floor plans to show the bracing location drawn at 1:100. Because of these differing scales the Scale Parameter in my titleblock shows "As indicated". Can I have that parameter only reference the scale of the main views on the sheet (1:100 floor plans) and ignore the details?

i think this cannot be done and you cannot tell/assign revit to look for "main views". (unless you create a shared text parameter to manually input your "AS SHOWN" "1:100")
