Is it possible to collect the materials to be demolished (wall, doors, roof and windows etc) in one schedule? I can filter all the walls to be demolished, but if I have to filter all the material (windows, door, roof and floor etc). It will be spended very much time.
How can I to do it on an easy way?

my suggestion (correct me if im wrong)
doors/windows (loadble family) can use multi-category schedule and phasing
wall/floors/roof (system family)
option1: schedule separately, then export and link to a Excel master schedule
option2: select all demolished, convert into parts, created part schedule using original family and type. this way wall, floor and roof including their respective construction structure/layers will be scheduled together.

Thanks. It works. Especially option 2 about the systemfamily's.
But, if I convert the item (systemfamily-) items into part. Should these items loose the information?
